Private Voice Lesson $139.00 USD

In this one hour lesson we are going to focus specifically on what YOU need

to work on to get the voice that you want

What is the lesson going to be like?

We can work on almost anything you like in the lesson. Here is my suggestion for a possible lesson agenda:

  • Goal setting - A short talk about your goals for the session, to make sure we focus our time together (5-10min).

  • Warmup and technique study - includes my analysis of the strengths and weaknesses in your singing (10-30min depending on your preference).

  • Song study - We will work on a song of your choice to apply the technique we have worked on. Don't worry if you do not have a song, I will help you find one(10-30min).

  • Cool down - Gentle vocal exercises (5min if needed).

  • Recap and practice plan - We will talk about your progress and I will help you make a practice plan so that you can continue to improve your singing on your own (5-10min).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have singing experience?

You do not need to have any singing experience, to request a lesson. However, if you are just starting out with singing, you might benefit from going through my Foundation Builder Course first since I have designed it to take you from beginner to intermediate in 9 lessons. You can check out the course here.

Who are the lessons for?

If you have something specific that you would like to work on, then I would love to help you achieve it with your voice. My past students are within the age range of 3 to 86 years old and their experience levels range from beginner singers to touring musicians.

I do have limited time in my schedule to take on new students, and so if your specific subject of interest is something that I believe you can learn from my course, I might recommend that you start with that before booking a private lesson.

Do I need a microphone?

No not at all. Your natural voice is all we need.

Is the input from my computer / phone good enough for you to hear my voice in the lesson?

Yes. Pristine sound quality is something we talk a lot about when recording vocals because we want to control overtones and the reverb from the room. This is not our concern in the lesson though. We are going to focus on your technique and for that a simple input will do just fine.

How do I book a lesson?

If you would like to be considered for an online lesson with me, please fill out the form below and I will get back to you within the week.

In scheduling your lesson we need to consider the time difference between my location, which is Copenhagen Denmark (UTC +1) and your location (UTC ?). This can be a bit tricky to juggle but don't worry, the link right here let's you see your local time in comparison with my local time. Just add your city to the list and press "show time table". Then you can see what your local time is during my teaching hours. My teaching hours are weekdays 9am-3pm UTC +1.
